iCatch Inc.
is a new startup founded in 2005 with a mission to develop
the most advanced security surveillance products. Since
its inception, iCatch has devoted its resource to developing
the cornerstone product, the Digital Video Recorder
(DVR), product line. The first component, 4-channel
DVR was released in June with 8 and 16 channel DVR's
readied for worldwide launch in August, 2006. Rigorous
quality assurance and field testing has been conducted.

At iCatch,
new technologies are constantly evaluated for their
applicability to its product line. New chips and SOC's
are made available everyday by the world's leading chip
design companies. Any surveillance company that falls
behind the curve will face an ever enlarging technological
gap to catch up. iCatch maintains close relationship
with chip design companies and obtains their latest
technology in early stage, before it is released to
the general public. Soon after these chips come to market,
iCatch will be able to release its own DVR products,
based on the newest technology. The net result is a
more reliable, more functional and lower cost surveillance
product line, benefiting iCatch’s customers. |

iCatch has
a touted engineering staff with a combined R&D experience
in the surveillance industry for over 30 years. This
enormous experience contributed to iCatch's quick release
of the first product line and guarantees future accomplishments
with the same quality, performance and functionality. |

Since iCatch
released its first line of products, sales has been
steadily gaining momentum. Recently, it has seen sales
volume triple compared to 2006 monthly average. Alliance
with sales and manufacturing partners has been established,
which contributed to more timely market response and
better yield rate in production. |

In 2007, iCatch
plans to allocate more resource in its own sales force,
in addition to continued strengthening of the R&D
staff. With the in-house sales team starting to become
productive, higher sales volume is to be expected. |
